What a fantastic hotel, just off Santa Croce, beautifully designed and luxurious, modern rooms artfully furnished with great beds and amazing views, wonderful amenities like sparkling and flat bottled water replenished daily, dining room and lounge on each floor, an incredible breakfast buffet, and charming, helpful staff. The pictures online do not do it justice. A great base from which to explore all the marvels of Florence' historic center and hills across the Arno.

Great location. Within easy walking distance of all major sites. 20€ by taxi from the railway station. Art deco theme in the rooms. Very quiet room with good bed and good size en-suite. Lift to floors. All the staff were friendly and very helpful . Breakfast was very good and everything was relaxed. All that you would want from a boutique hotel. Restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk. We stayed 6 nights and would definitely recommend the hotel.

We loved the location. I didn't know Florence and we were looking for a place near my daughters university. For some reason this hotel caught my eye. My daughter said we would be near everything in walking distance to most attractions. I would say it was perfect! Our view of Basilica of Santa Croce and hearing the bells was beautiful. The hotel was very charming plus the breakfast room was beautiful. Our room was just the right size and decorated lovely.

The location was close to all tourist attractions, but just far enough away so that it wasn't so crowded. The breakfast is amazing! Loved it! The housekeeping does an awesome job with the daily cleaning. It was so nice to come back to our room each day and find it spotless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable for a good nights rest. We also loved the decor in the hallways as well as the furniture in the bedrooms.

Our room was very nice as was the whole facility! We never heard any neighbor rooms. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We also had a nice time with their wine service in the courtyard after a day out. Great location as well!
